Rules and conditions of participation.

 1.It is necessary to collect 100 round labels of the “Yo-Yo” ice-cream in wafer cups for taking part in the action “Fairy Drum”. Then the collected labels should be taken to the office of “Ashtarak-Kat” CJSC by the following address:  Yerevan, Dro str., tel. 249420. After being registered you will receive a special ticket for taking part in the prize drawing.

2. The special ticket is composed of two parts: the first half remains to the employee of the company for further participation in the drawing, and the second half is given to You. The special ticket has an original, no recurrent code, as well as the round seal of “Ashtarak-Kat” CJSC.

3.The tickets collected during the action will take part in the drawing during the show “Yo-Yo”, every Sunday at 17:20. During this show the winner tickets will come out.

4.  There are two dates selected on your ticket. The first one is the date of the participation in the show “Yo-Yo” and the second one is the date of the drawing. These dates may not coincide. That is you can check your ticket at home by TV, but take part in the show “Yo-Yo” another day.

5.      During the drawing of the prizes from the “Fairy Drum” absolutely in a random way would be pointed out the winner tickets. The second half of the winner ticket which is with you should be taken to “Armenia TV” right on the next day after drawing (on Monday at 15:00), where during the show “Yo-Yo” You can receive your prize.

6.  The prize “Notebook” would be drawn every first Sunday of following months: July, August and September. All the tickets that didn’t win last month would take part in the drawing of the prize “Notebook”.

7.  In case You don’t present yourself to “Armenia TV” for objective reasons for getting your prize, You can do it till September 30, 2009, by taking part in the show “Yo-Yo”, with the prior permission of “Ashtarak-Kat” CJSC. After September 30, 2009 the prizes would not be given.

8.  The prizes won’t be compensated with AMD equivalent.9.      “Ashtarak-Kat” CJSC does not carry any responsibility for further exploitation of the prizes.

10.  The fact of the participation in the action supposes that the participant thoroughly studied the rights and conditions of the action.

11.  The fact of the participation in the action supposes that the participant agrees with following points:

·   Gives the Company  right to use his/her name and surname for advertising aims,

·  Give free interview to mass media.

12 Workers and employees of “Ashtarak-Kat” CJSC, as well as their relatives don’t have right to take part in the action “Fairy Drum”.
