“Ashtarak-Kat” CJSC goes on with realizing the program of installation of milking units in the farmsteads situated in frontier regions. The program is being realized together with the fund “Sevelitas”, which gives milking units via micro crediting. The conditions of crediting give chance to the farmers to pay for milking units without any financial losses for them. For its part “Ashtarak-Kat” CJSC chooses leading farmsteads and takes the responsibility of further operation of the milking units. On the 12th of November the first expedition of automated milking units was passed in the villages Artsvaqar and Getik close to Gavar and Chambarak (Gegharquniq region). The expedition went off well. Thus the installation of milking units settles a range of problems in farmsteads:1.      Compensation of personnel lack (milkers)2.      Time saving, and as a result production efficiency growth.3.      Facilitation of milk collecting process.4.      Received milk quality growth.5.      Sanitary and hygienic conditions control toughening during milking process.In the course of the next year “Ashtarak-Kat” CJSC together with the fund “Sevelitas” plans the installation of more 200 automated milking units.
